⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Remodeling Experience with Tickemyer Construction We had an exceptional experience working with Scott Tickemeyer and Tickemeyer Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Scott and his team remodeled our entire kitchen and both bathrooms, along with extensive interior updates, and the transformation is nothing short of amazing. Our kitchen remodel included all new cabinets, a beautifully reshaped island, new countertops, backsplash, sink, floating shelves, and all new fixtures. Every detail was thoughtfully executed and the space now looks modern, functional, and stunning. Both bathrooms were completely remodeled. They removed both bathtubs and enlarged our second bathroom to create a spacious walk-in shower with a gorgeous frameless glass shower door. In the master bathroom, they removed our corner built-in tub and installed a beautiful, modern freestanding tub, along with a fully remodeled walk-in shower that perfectly matches the second bathroom. Both bathrooms also feature new cabinets, lighted mirrors, medicine cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, and new tile flooring—everything ties together beautifully. In addition, Tickemyer Construction painted our entire interior, including all interior doors, installed new modern hardware, and replaced our baseboards with a much more updated look. The attention to detail throughout the entire home was impressive. Scott was meticulous, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail was done correctly and exactly to our approval. Communication was excellent, timelines were respected, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. We highly recommend Tickemyer Construction to anyone considering a home remodel. If you want high-quality work, attention to detail, and a contractor who genuinely cares about the end result, Scott Tickemyer is the one to call!

Expert Metal Building Insulation in Scottsdale, AZ
Insulation is one of the highest-ROI upgrades in any CBC Steel building — and as the only authorized CBC Steel dealer in Arizona, Tickemyer Construction LLC installs insulation systems that are matched to the building's engineering from day one, not retrofitted as an afterthought.
We install insulation across walls, roofs, and ceilings to control heat transfer, block moisture-driven condensation, and reduce interior noise. The right system — blanket, rigid board, or spray foam — depends on your building's use, size, climate zone, and current condition. We assess each structure individually before recommending an approach.
Why insulation matters in the Southwest:
Summer temperatures regularly exceed 110°F across Arizona and the broader region. Uninsulated metal panels absorb radiant heat fast, driving up cooling costs and stressing HVAC equipment. Monsoon-season humidity creates condensation on bare metal, accelerating rust and corrosion from the inside out. Proper insulation addresses both problems and extends the life of the structure.
Applications: commercial & industrial, agricultural, sports & recreation, self-storage & vehicle storage, religious & institutional, residential garages and workshops.
Service Territory: Arizona (primary), Utah, New Mexico, California, Nevada, and Colorado — new construction and retrofit projects both welcome.

Metal Building Insulation FAQ
Common questions about metal building insulation in Scottsdale, AZ.
Yes, we install insulation in both new CBC Steel buildings and existing metal structures in Scottsdale. We assess the building's current condition and recommend the right system for your use case.
In Scottsdale's extreme heat, a combination of roof and wall insulation — typically blanket or spray foam — provides the best thermal performance. The right choice depends on your building's size, use, and existing construction.
Properly insulated metal buildings in Scottsdale can see significant reductions in cooling costs compared to uninsulated structures. The exact savings depend on building size, insulation type, and HVAC system efficiency.
Insulation work on existing structures typically does not require a separate permit in Scottsdale, but new construction insulation is part of the overall building permit. We handle permitting as part of the full project scope.
Yes, proper insulation is one of the most effective ways to prevent condensation on metal panels. In Scottsdale's monsoon season, humidity can cause moisture buildup on bare metal, leading to rust and corrosion over time.
