Tickemyer Construction is building its trade partner list for remodeling and metal building projects across the Phoenix metro. If you are licensed, insured, and do good work, we want to hear from you.
Who We Work With
We are a family-owned general contractor based in Scottsdale, licensed under AZ ROC #357618, and the only authorized CBC Steel building dealer in Arizona. Our work runs in two lanes: complete home remodeling across the Phoenix metro, and pre-engineered steel buildings.
We are looking for subcontractors who show up when they say they will, do work we would put in our own home, and communicate clearly when something changes. We pay on agreed terms and we do not haggle after the fact.

What We Require
These are not negotiable. Please do not apply unless you can meet all four.
- A current Arizona ROC license in the correct classification for your trade. We verify every license at azroc.gov.
- Your own general liability insurance.
- Workers' compensation coverage, or a valid sole proprietor exemption if you have no employees.
- A signed subcontractor agreement before any work begins.

Step 2 — Send your documents
After you submit, email your certificate of insurance, ROC license, W-9, and rate sheet to info@tickemyerconstructionaz.com.

Step 3 — We review
We check every license and certificate. We review applications weekly.

Step 4 — We reach out
If there is a fit, we send our subcontractor agreement and add you to our list. When a job matches your trade and availability, you hear from us.
